Great book to start a Keto way of eating。Having been on this eating plan for nearly 3 years it’s a great breath of fresh air to have a British slant on the diet。It has given me a much needed kick up the backside to maintain my healthy eating。BTW- have lost between 6 and 7 stone give or take。 12 inches off my waist。 It’s given me a new lease of life。 Really works well with the intermittent fasting。
